LEGAL / PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

A clear explanation of what this static publication does—and does not—collect. Last updated October 25, 2026.

1. Scope and controller

This policy covers Windows Utility Atlas at winutilityatlas.top. Its owner and site publisher is Pradeep Kumar. For privacy requests, email info@winutilityatlas.top. This publication operates independently from O&O Software GmbH and Microsoft.

2. Information this site processes

The published website is static. It does not have registration, payments, comment submissions, marketing forms, account profiles, or uploaded-file features. It does not intentionally request personal data from readers to access articles.

When you access a website, the hosting provider may automatically process connection logs such as IP addresses, request timestamps, requested URLs, user-agent strings, and error details for site delivery and security. The actual host's retention and infrastructure practices are governed by its service and configuration. This publication does not directly control or promise a fixed retention period for those logs.

3. Local storage and consent

The site stores a necessary local preference containing your consent choice, so the notice does not repeatedly appear. If you allow optional preferences, it may also store the light/dark theme you chose. These values are kept in your browser’s local storage, not sent to a site account.

The delivered version does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, embedded videos, or remarketing scripts. If that changes, this notice and the consent mechanism must be updated before deployment.

4. Email messages

If you email the publisher, the message and contact information may be used to reply and handle your request. Email transmission involves the providers of the sending and receiving accounts. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive information. Retention of correspondence should be limited to what is needed to handle the inquiry and applicable obligations.

5. External links

Articles sometimes link to manufacturer documentation and public technical references. A linked site has its own privacy practices. External links are identified and opened separately; navigating there is your choice.

6. Purposes and rights

Site delivery, security, and responses to legitimate reader inquiries are the practical purposes described here. Depending on local law and the processing involved, visitors may have rights to request information, correction, erasure, or restrictions concerning personal data. Contact the publisher for inquiries; hosting-provider logs may also be subject to the host’s policies.

7. Security, children, and changes

The site does not intentionally solicit children’s personal data. No website can guarantee absolute security, but the static architecture reduces the number of data collection endpoints. Changes to tracking, services, or policy terms will be reflected on this page.
